For an outstanding apprentice who is currently studying for a level 2 qualification (equivalent to GCSE passes at grades 4–9).
Apprentices should be enrolled on an apprenticeship scheme before June 2022.
The entry should be completed by either the apprentice, employer or training provider and should include:
- Detail the apprenticeship you are undertaking or have completed
- Provide evidence of your training either in-house or with an external training provider
- Demonstrate our commitment to working with an employer and studying towards achieving your apprenticeship.
- Entries should show evidence of outstanding achievement through the quality of work carried out, such as quotes from clients and staff, statistics and performance reviews.
